A notarization is a form of certification, given by a Notary Public and attached to documents for the purpose of verifying that signatures on the document are genuine, that signers were under no duress when they signed it or made changes thereto (if applicable), and/or to establish whether signers intended all terms in said document at full force and effect.
All signers and any required witness(es) must be present for the notarization. Harford County Bar Foundation cannot provide witness(es). You'll also need to bring acceptable ID as required by your state along with all pages of the document being notarized.
